xx Ruth first became interested in Acupuncture after a friend suggested she try it for pain relief. After sucessful relief of symptoms Ruth decided to re-train, leaving her career as a Customer Service Manager to study at the highly acclaimed College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. Ruth completed a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture in 2007, which included a 3 year degree course and 6 months clinical practice in the College Clinic. Ruth has completed post graduate courses in fertility, IVF support and conditions associated with reproductive health. Most recently she has started to learn the art of Chinese Face Reading, which is used to diagnose current and future health and wellbeing. Ruth also uses moxibusion and cupping in her practice and is trained in Indian Head massage techniques.
